Dennis has over 25 years experience in institutional and wholesale business development and client servicing, asset consulting, funds management, and investment research and analysis. He co-founded Clearway Capital over 14 years ago and has successfully helped a number of high-quality overseas and domestic traditional and alternative fund managers to build their businesses in institutional and wholesale markets in Australia and New Zealand. Dennis’s role at Clearway Capital is to originate investments, conduct due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, perform market research, formulate manager brand profiles, provide input into product development, and develop channels to raise capital.  Dennis has worked at several consulting firms and fund managers including van Eyk Research and Strategic Capital Management Limited and alongside a number of pension and institutional clients. Dennis has also been a member of several Investment Committees and Advisory Boards involved in advising institutional and wholesale investors.

3Lines Groups helps Clearway Capital to oversee and enhance its compliance framework in relation to our Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). 3Lines is dedicated to simplifying compliance for AFSL holders. Established in 2015 by a team of seasoned professionals with backgrounds in major financial institutions, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), consulting, and the legal sector, 3Lines offers tailored solutions that transform compliance obligations into opportunities for growth. 3Lines Consulting is led by Shelly Radford, Director. Her career includes roles as a Specialist Financial Services Lawyer, External Compliance Consultant, and Head of Compliance. Shelly specialises in operational compliance and high-level advisory for AFSLs.

Theo has over two and a half decades of management and investment experience across investment research, asset allocation, investment execution, portfolio and risk management, and investment governance; spanning funds and wealth management. Theo has worked across institutional, private wealth and family office environments in Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Head of Multi Manager and Portfolio Manager capacities. Theo has experience formulating and managing diversified portfolio strategies across traditional & alternative asset classes globally, covering direct investments, co investments, and third-party investment funds. Theo’s experience also covers product management, stakeholder relationship management, reporting and communications. Prior to founding Toxotis Capital as Founder and CIO, Theo served as CIO of Cooper Family Office Australia, Head of Multi Manager at Perpetual Ltd and Portfolio Manager – Australian Shares at Optimix Investment Management (ING Australia).

Andrew Hunt of Andrew Hunt Economics, an independent firm based in the UK which provides macro-economic analysis for select clients in both the financial and commercial sectors. Prior to founding Andrew Hunt Economics in 2001, Andrew spent over 12 years in Europe and Asia as a chief economist advising both the board and asset management divisions of the Dresdner Bank Group and the equity asset management division of the Allianz Group. Andrew was recently appointed as economic advisor to Clearway Capital Solutions and has worked with members of the Clearway Capital team since the late 1990s.
